This week over at ICS the designers were sponsored with images from DZ Doodles.
I am particularly pleased with finally putting my MM Slice to work here -
I cut 2 triangular photo corners and 2 scalloped squares -
nothing mind boggling at all - but it sure feels good to use a tool
that I had allowed to be a white elephant for nearly a year !
I have been cutting words and frames since creating this card . ;)
This is the also the first card actually
where I went to town with the Marvy Liquid Applique . lol.
This card was inspired by Jennifer McGuire's Holiday Thinking Inking Class -
Love how easy this background was created.
Smoosh Broken China heavily on a piece of white cardstock,
then pounce 3 colors of Perfect Pearls with a brush on the wet ink -
I used Gold, Pink & Blue powders.
Really easy & fun !
Other supplies :
Such Sweet Tierney's snowflake chipboard button,
CC's Mitten Weather pps,
EK Success border punch,
Prima bling center,
MM Glittered foam cardinal.
And another Echo Park Papers Everybody Loves Christmas card . ;)

Lovely Pearl! You have been a busy bee this week & I love all the liquid applique - has me thinking I have some of that stuff somewhere but I have a sinking feeling mine is bright blue lol!! (got to wonder what I was thinking when I made that purchase!)
Great cards, Pearl! I especially love the cool background you created with the Perfect Pearls.
