Friends brighten your day !

Hey blogging friends, wow , it sure feels good to be back and blogging away again .
& where have I been you might ask ?
No where at all ,actually .
Just been zonked out with a sensitive reaction to a strong antihistimine I took on Monday night -
the effect ( drowsiness, being zomby like ) didn't wear out until yesterday afternoon .
& I was finally able to sit at my scrappy table and happily create again !
So 24 hours away from getting some of the latest Prima CHA Winter 2011 releases into my hands,
I decided to dig deep into my stash and use up some good ole Rose Moka papers for this
Magistical Memories layout.
I have hoarded their Sassy Sunflowers chipboard since 2008 , just waiting to use
on the right layout. & I'm glad I did ! lol .

Other supplies I used :
7 Gypsies fabric tape, WP Spring Market florette,
Such Sweet Tierney Buttons, Prima bling and Arco Iris Flower.
Layout design inspired by The Scrappiest Sketch 106

Hi Pearl!! Glad you are fine now. That must have ben a bit of a scary feeling to have such an effect from this. Don't you just hate it when being under the weather cuts into scrappy time?!?! This LO is lovely. The colours are so perfect for that cute photo. Perfect spot for the chipboard, for sure. Very exciting to be getting some new stuff for the stash. I am still doing pretty good on the "using the stash plan". I did go to the LSS yesterday and only spent $27 which was the last bit left on a gift card from Christmas. I did get those & Gypsies papers I so wanted at 30% off!! Yay!! Have a great day and looking forward to your next project! :)

Cute, cute! What a bright and happy page, Pearl! I love, love all the elements you've combined here. Fun polka dots and sweet buttons, and that adorable chipboard. And then there's that amazing pop of blue from the WP flower. Love how you added that in.

Bright, juicy colours that pop out of the page! It's fun and an interesting twist with Friends rather than a Valentine's Day theme.
