Webster's Pages Ladies & Gents

Webster's Pages Ladies & Gents line arrived on our sunny shores not so long ago 

and I finally decided to cut into this stash today.

I'm simply not good at covering up really pretty background paper,

so I usually resort to masking with distress ink unto the paper

for added interest. 

& Finally putting to use this 6x6 circular mask by Prima .

I've used some Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden diecuts as embellishments ,

as well as the new Girls' Paperie Jubilee Pennant Pins.

Some Crate Paper cards

Found time to use up some of the new Crate Paper Emma Shoppe & Neighborhood 6x6 paper pads. 

I revisited Got Sketch #93 for these cards.

Tried out Picket Fence crackled paint on the Maya Rd scroll chipboard shapes for the sentiment areas. 

The sentiments are stickers.

My Little Shoebox's Farmer's Market layout

Thank you soo much to all my sweet blogging friends who've stopped by 

and left some really heartwarming comments for me  in my previous post ! 

You truly are some of the very best scrappy friends a girl could have ! ;) 

I am blessed !!! 

An MLSB Farmer's Market  layout I have here to share today - as well as remind you 

that there's plenty of time to take part in our latest blog challenge - 

There are 3 categories to enter  - layout , card & stamping . 

If you keen on the layout category , just bear in mind the following

Create a 12x12 layout of any theme with our Farmer's Market collection utilizing the paper, cardstock stickers, acrylic stamps, glitter letters or mini alphas.

Here, I have used some new Chelley Bean Design's painted , handmade flowers as well as some new black  Zva Creative crystal flowers & butterflies as embellishments . 

A little off white acrylic paint splattering on the background paper too.

Otherwise everything else is My Little Shoebox's Farmer Market collection. 

& what would you be playing for ? 

The winner of the layout category will win $50.00 in MLS product from a collection of their choice.

Contest will run now thru Monday May 16th.

You must use 75% Farmer's Market collection or our Winter 2011 Releases.

Super excited to share that it's my introduction day over at 

My Little Shoebox's blog ! 

 I can also finally share my DT submissions -

where we are asked to submit never seen before projects - 

2 layouts, a card and an altered item .;) 

My layout using the Oasis line . 

This layout is a mash up of the Home Sweet Home and Garden Party lines. 

Had a go at making some handmade embellishments here. ;) 

My card featuring City by the Bay .

My altered canvas entitled : 

Home is the heart of life. 

Using a combination of cardstock stickers from 

City by the Bay and Garden Party. 

I had a lot of fun creating these projects with the fabulous CHA Winter releases 

and definitely have more to show in the coming days and weeks here.;)

Kaisercraft's Chanteuse line

It's that time of the week again over here - 

lush new arrivals in our LSS' . Spoilt for choice as always . 

Brought home the Kaisercraft's  Chanteuse line for a change today . 

A line inspired for Mother's Day creations. 

The above card was based on Mojo Monday 187 . 

Love their die cuts & journaling tag shapes for the sentiment area . 

Beautiful feminine colors and patterns all around , huh ? ;) 

Hope to find time to cut into Melissa Frances' 7th Ave 6x6 papers next for cards.

I have been busy busy replenishing my card stash recently - 

it's a good thing if they're out of my hands almost as soon as I finish making them , right ? Lol. 

Happy problem indeed ! 

I must say the WP Country Estate petite papers have been one of the most versatile I've had 

in my stash - I'm almost run out of the entire line now.

Ditto with the Pink Paislee Butterfly Garden Ephemera pack.

Me thinks I have to go get the WP Ladies' & Gent petite papers next ....;)

Pink Paislee's Daily Junque

Eeked out some mojo & a little scrappy time today to cut into PP's Daily Junque pps .

The handmade twine flower & map button flower center I recently received from Down Under - thanks to Kim ! Love 'em, grrll !!! ;) 

Such Sweet Tierney chipboard buttons and some misting with TA's Autumn Nights 

are my go tos when in doubt of how to embellish . ;) 

Layout design is inspired by the sketch for the first challenge over at Once Upon a Sketch, 

a new challenge site.

I have a Magistical Memories' layout today featuring 

our Sitting Pretty Bird Frame ( designed by Nicole Lombardo ).

I have used this oval shaped bird frame

 instinctively with Paper Trunk's Maybe Baby Hugs paper.

I also layered a Nicole Lombardo canvas swirl ( sprizted with Avocado Maya Mist and then inked) 

under the bird frame for additional interest.

This collection is very girly and could be used for numerous occasions.

Here are my layouts using up the Sweet Collection goodies - ;) 

As luck would have it , DD had just attended a birthday party 

and I have enough pics to scrap with this theme .;) 

I twisted some crepe paper to add a fun twist to the current banner craze. 

I don't have deft hands to make miniature paper chain streamers or else I would ! 

Twisting was about all I could manage . 

The background pp is from the latest Prima Madeline range.

 As are the rose sculpture flowers on the shipping tags . 

I used up some Sassafras Lass Ellie's Tale pps on this layout -

and created some cupcake liner embellies with the Sweet Collection chipboard buttons .
