As a reward - and as I was so strict last time I set a dare - here is a nice broad theme to get your creative juices flowing.
Embossing.Dry embossing with a light box or with a die cutting machine.Using embossing powders or triple embossing.Using pre-embossed papers.Embossing with found items.Just have fun playing! And as I can't resist being a little (em)bossy - why not see if you can get more than one emboss technique on your card?

had fun using some MM signage at last ! - other rarely used embellies : velvet ribbon by My little Shoe box , purple safety pin & metal heart charm .
Embossed & glittered pattern paper is DCWV's Nana's kids

Lovely card, very simple and pretty. And you are the only other person I've seen use the Bazzill scalloped rectangles like that for a card!
ooooh I love that stripey paper!
Great card Pearl - and well done for using things you've had for a while. It's always hard to do that!
Love the scalloped edge on this Pearl - a really fun and funky card.
