1)Name one person who made you smile today? My 9 yr old DS looking dapper in his choir outfit - he's off to perform at his school's 50th Anniversary concert this afternoon - white long shirt & black long pants & shiny new black @court shoes they call them !



2)What were you doing at 8:00 this morning? making up , ready to dash out of the door for the sake of DD's school registration



3)What were you doing 30 minutes ago? Hanging up launndry to dry , putting on a new load .



4)What is something that happened to you in 1998? Hmmm wish I could remember ! duh !



5)What is the last thing you said aloud? Cheesecake souffle anyone ? lol

Well this week is my dare (Saffa). Its quite a simple challenge really. All I ask is that you make use of beads on your cards. They can be seed beads, big chunky beads or little sequins, whatever takes your fancy.

Now onto this weeks dare by Rhi ...Everything we buy has packaging, some of it excessive, some of it beautifully designed. Tags, labels, stickers... all sorts of bits and bobs that we can recycle onto cards.I dare you to make a card using a tag, label, sticker or anything else you can find, thats from packaging and would normally end up in the bin. Of course you can ink it, change it, distress it and add anything else you like!

Polka-dots - DCWV Nana's kids embossed polka dot cs
ribbon - polka dotted pink
chipboard - could wait to try out these lovely MM shimmer hearts ( better than doing it myself - putting on the glitter that is ! )
a heart - lots of them ! lol

Anything extra that you add is fine, but the card must contain these 5 items.

Hi it's Keryn here and it's my turn to set the dare this week. This time I asked my family for ideas for this weeks dare and the best amongst a lot of ideas including power tools etc, etc was Lachlan's ideas for Space. It's been his topic at school this term. (Lachlan is seven and in Year 3). To make in a little easier on you all I've called it Celestial to also include horoscopes as well as planets, spaceships, stars, suns etc. How you use these items is up to you.

"how's about a dare where you can't use any adhesives at all...
You have to put them away...
No tape, no gluesticks, no Xyron, no modpodge.... and all other sticky things....
the only things you can use are things like staples, stitching, brads, eyelets, pins.... that sort of thing to attach all the bits to your card."
