My LittleShoebox and Glue Arts creations for the month

This month My LittleShoebox  was sponsored by Glue Arts.
They are awesome and so generous.
I got to play with their GlueGlider PRO, now I understand why people love it so much!
It's definitely a great adhesive gun.
I also got to try their other adhesives - like the Raise-n's and 3D Extreme Adhesive.

Here are some fun cards I created
using our Farmers' Market line this month.

Always a first time time for everything -
not the usual sentiments I might usually use on cards
but I was inspired by this line .

Wedding Congratulations - card

Once in a while I get a request to make a Wedding Congratulations card.
This time there was also a requirement for a pocket somewhere.

Which is not a difficult thing to do, you simply fold down on a corner . ;)
Papers I used are from the  Making Memories' Wedding pps.

Carrot treat boxes - MLSB Farmer's Market

I recently created some fun carrot boxes
with the Fresh from the Field patterned paper
from My Little Shoebox's Farmers'Market collection.

Here's the link to Rubber Stampin Zone, where I found the template
for those that would like to give this project a try.

For one box, I hand cut green leaves and for the other box
I cut a piece of green pattern paper into little strips
( not more than 1/4") and curled them for a fun, dimensional carrot top.

Finally, I used some of the Farmer's Market journaling tags to add sentiments and finish them off.

Also don't forget that there is still time to enter the Farmers' Market
challenge which can be found {here}.

Glitz Challenge #2

It's been a while since I last took part in a scrappy challenge it seems -
and I decided to reduce some of my latest Glitz Design stash by taking part in their latest challenge.

Cardstock stickers are from the Laced with Grace collection.
Papers are mainly from the Afternoon Muse line .
I tried to layer in as many papers as I could -
after all we barely make a dent in our paper stash anymore ...
other supplies : Prima 8x8 mask & rosebuds, Maya Rd pearl pin , Zva Creative pearl  leaf swirls,
Martha Stewart Beaded Arcs edge punch  & large lattice garden punch.

Bo Bunny's Card Challenge / Masculine Cards

7
Always short on masculine cards in my card stash -
so it was a self  challenge to come up with
some interesting ones for teens .

I'm also entering this swing card
for the latest Bo Bunny card challenge -
to use flourishes .

& with the Bo Bunny Ad Lib line out ,
I decided to have a go at an easel card.

& finally put to use my Cuttlebug Disney Die & Emboss set here -
for the party hats & Mouse balloons . ;)

Accordion Fold card

Amazing how liberating a simple tool can be for one's papercrafting -
loving the Martha Stewart Scoring Board now ! ;)
another simple card  I tried -

the base is a 6x6 card  and
the accordion fold card on top of it
is 4x12" scored at 4" & 8 " .
Tried out the Beaded Arcs MS edge punch in the middle panel . ;)

I have used the 6x6 paper pad from the Kaisercraft Chanteuse line  .

Some cards that I had made earlier but forgot to take pics of.
They were inspired by some recent Mojo Monday sketches  .

New scrappy finds

Hello , hello again ,
blogging friends !
My main pc was down & out for the past 5 days
& my mojo was lost too during that time it seemed.

To remedy things a little ,
I took a detour to one of our fave LSS' today
& brought home
this new Martha Stewart border punch - beaded arcs .

this Martha Stewart Scoring Board !

As always , I have to test drive my new finds ASAP ....
& quickly made a joy fold card here -

I followed the tutorial I found here
A deceptively easy to make card it would seem
but nothing like having the right scoring tool to make it in minutes.
Believe you me !
This scoring board just might be my new fave tool for now ! lol .

Here's a review of the Martha Stewart Scoring Board vs the Scor-Pal
for anyone who's interested.
& let me know of your latest fave border punch in the comments section if you like. ;)
